Restaurant Special Cuts

Attention meat lovers! In addition to the classics from the steak world such as beef tenderloin or our Dry Aged Tomahawk, our Special Cuts also include far lesser known cuts of meat. The refined preparation ensures mature flavors and aromas. A pleasure all along the line.

Children from the age of 12 are welcome in the Special Cuts Restaurant. For guests with four-legged companions, we are happy to provide the menu of the Special Cut Restaurant in the Titschli Restaurant.
