Our alpine cuisine takes you on a journey along the European Alps. Supraregional products paired with local components will convince you with their straightforward nature and uncomplicatedness.

In the local dialect of Obwalden, "Titschli" means a log – a piece of wood that has been cut to size for burning in a wood-fired oven. The wooden panelling in the Restaurant Titschli and in the bar consists of genuine "Titschlis", which lends the rooms a homely atmosphere.
