Our general terms and conditions
- Special booking and cancellation terms apply to group bookings.
Arrival fee
- Thee arrival fee (gondola roundtrip ticket Stöckalp to Melchsee-Frutt incl. baggage transfer to hotel) can be booked for CHF 30 per adult and CHF 15 per child (4 to 15 years).
- Baggage service is available until 5 pm daily. Changes reserved.
Dogs
- Well-behaved dogs are permitted in Restaurant Titschli, in Restaurant Lago, in the Lago Lodge Bar, the Mountain Lodge lobby and on the Titschli terrace. We are pleased to also offer the menu of Restaurant Special Cuts in Restaurant Titschli for our guests accompanied by pets.
- Fee CHF 35 per day incl. dog kit (dog pillow, a treat and use of the hotel's dog shower).
Breakfast
CHF 35 for external guests
Room Service
7 am to 9.30 pm (last order), CHF 10 room service charge applies
Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in front of the hotel, on the hotel terrace and in our cigar lounge
